IPL has received approval from Southwest Power Pool to construct two aeroderivative combustion turbines at the Blue Valley Plant location delivering a total of approximately 90 MW of wholly owned generation capacity for the IPL System. Estimated cost for the project is $81.4 Million. Approval of this recommendation would give IPL permission to confirm the project with Southwest Power Pool and enter into final negotiations with ProEnergy Services. |
