Approval of this item will enter the City into a lease agreement which will allow Dingeldein Properties to lease, farm, and maintain parcel 17-500-03-05-00-0-00-000, commonly referred to as 23001 E. Bundschu Road. The income to the City from this lease will be $8,470 annually. |

Staff advertised for the lease of the land located at 23001 Bundsch Rd. for a period no less than two weeks. Dingeldein was the only responsive bidder.
This land has previously been leased by Terry Dingeldein successfully in the past. Staff has reported no complications or complaints with the previous leases or the lessee, and are recommending approval.
This year's lease will begin on May 1, 2023 and end on April 30,2024. |
