Approval of this item will approve a maintenance easement agreement between the City and the Remington Villas Homeowners Association for use in performing work necessary to improve, repair and maintain stormwater drainage facilities. The area of this easement is approximately 1,254 square feet. This is a permanent easement. |

City Staff have been approached by the Remington Villas Homeowners Association regarding taking ownership of a certain tract of land and the stormwater infrastructure there within. Said infrastructure was improved by the HOA to meet City standards, and Staff recommend taking ownership through approval of this maintenance agreement. |
