Approval of this change order will add $48,660 to the existing contract with Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting to expand the scope of the Leslie to Crane at Hereford Drainage Improvement project (no. 132201) to address additional areas of reported flooding nearby. |

During the design process, residents with drainage issues have approached City Staff with requests to include them in the current project. As shown on the attached exhibit, these properties have a history of flooding, therefore additional surveying, design, and plan development are being requested and recommended. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $53,526. Funding for the Leslie to Crane at Hereford Drainage Improvement Project (no. 132201) is included in the FY 22 adopted budget, page 115, account number 7013-5406.
