Approval of this item will grant Spire Missouri Inc. a 1,250 square foot utility easement on two City owned parcels consisting of lots 44, 45, and 46 of Washington Park, more commonly known as 9101 E. Wilson Road and 9105 E. Wilson Road. |

City Staff have been approached by Spire Missouri Inc. regarding the need for the easement to continue with their main upgrade project. The two properties were purchased by the City as flood plain buyouts. The easement document states there will be no above ground structures within the easement area. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $500. The Revenue will be deposited into General Fund 002, account number 002-3109.
