Ted Martin, P.E. with Northstar Technologies, LLC has just completed a 5 year contract and has been providing stormwater management services to the City since 2002. These services include administering the watershed studies, investigating resident complaints, planning capital improvements, assisting with the geographical information system development, reviewing capital improvement designs, assisting with maintenance projects, evaluating environmental and permitting improvements, and designing small drainage systems. This contractor reports to the Director of Municipal Services. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $99,000. Expense for stormwater professional engineering services is included in the FY24 proposed budget, page number 161, Storm Sales Tax Fund 013, account number 5261-5226.
