On 5/2/2022 the City Council approved Ordinance 22-034 approving a development agreement between Comprehensive Mental Health and the City of Independence. Pursuant to the terms within the agreement, the development of a crisis center by Comprehensive Mental Health will not be completed within the agreed upon timeframe. Staff will bring forward any updates or present a new development agreement if necessary. |
