Staff has been working with Google Fiber Missouri over the past several months to negotiate a license agreement to develop its fiber optic infrastructure network in the right-of-way. The agremeent will enable Google to use the right-of-way to install its network and related facitlies. |

Fiscal Impact:
The agreement requires Google Fiber to remit to the City on a quarterly basis 1% of Gross Revenues from customers that receive services through the use of the City's right-of-way.
