The Missouri Department of Transportation, Office of Highway Safety will fund enforcement activities for education and enforcement projects related to traffic problems. This grant (Project #24-M2HVE-05-008) of $100,625.00 will fund overtime programs to conduct occupant safety device enforcement as well as the Highway Safety Click It or Ticket and the Child Passenger Safety Campaigns, which target violators who fail to wear seat belts or use child restraint systems during the time period of October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024. |

Fiscal Impact:
The Fiscal impact to the City is $100,625.00. The Revenue will be deposited in the Grant Fund 015 account 4550-5102 in the OCCP.
