| | | | | | | | Background:
CBiz provides the City with benefits related consulting services such as the City’s Wellness, continuing education and with assistance in being proactive in managing the City’s health insurance. The City has utilized their services since Council approval in December of 2020.
CBiz is well versed in the benefits market, has experience in advising public agencies, and works well with various levels of staff and management. CBiz is a proactive consultant who offers creative, innovative approaches, and has a proven track record that allows the City to maintain quality programs and contain or reduce costs.
Approval of this item shall authorize change orders up to an additional ten (10) percent of the estimated expenditures for each year, providing appropriations are available.

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City totals $120,000.00. The amount will be split between the Staywell Self-Insurance fund and the General Fund, account numbers (6591, 6593, 6594, 6596, and 0954230).
