Item 5.2.H of the 2023-24 Independence Action Plan directs staff to "Seek voter approval of General Obligation Bonds for Infrastructure and Facilities Projects." In response to that directive, City staff have developed a proposed General Obligation bond plan to address some of the most pressing issues facing the community. Staff seeks Council direction to finalize this plan and to seek voter approval for said plan. |
