Executive Summary:

Approval of this ordinance will declare two tracts of City-owned land, commonly known as 2301 S Crysler Ave, Independence MO 64055 and an adjoining lot, as surplus property, and authorizes the City Manager to dispose of said surplus property in accordance with Chapter 20 of the City Code.

 

The minimum bid for tracts 23-01 & 23-02 (sold as a package) is set at $437,500.00


Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact to the City to declare the property surplus.
