This is an amendment to an agreement passed on 3/31/23. |

This Declaration is intended to amend, restate, and replace in its entirety that certain Access and Easement Agreement dated March 31, 2023 by and between NP Eastgate (as Grantor) and City (as Grantee), recorded with the Jackson County, Missouri Recorder as Instrument No, 2023E0022868. Upon execution and recording of this Declaration in the official records of Jackson County, Missouri, the Access Easement shall be of no further force and effect. |
