There were 2 construction bids through invitation to bid #24013 for this project:
Pavement Management, LLC: $114,658.00
Vance Brothers, Inc.: $163,130.00
City Staff have been in contact with the references provided by Pavement Management, LLC which include the cities of Lee's Summit, Smithville, and Shawnee, and have received positive feedback on the quality of their work in those municipalities. Their bid is being recommended for approval. |

The Pavement Maintenance Operations Project (No. 112201) provides for contracted pavement maintenance annually. These operations include overlay, sealing, and crackfilling for designated streets throughout the City. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $126,123.80 including contingency. Funding for the Pavement Preventative Maintenance Operations Project (No. 112201) is included in the FY24 adopted budget, page number 182, account number 7011-5406, Street Improvements Sales Tax Fund 011.
