Approval of this ordinance will allow City Staff to proceed with easement acquisitions for the Leslie to Crane and Hereford Project (No. 132201). This project will construct stormwater drainage improvements in a residential area. |

Located in the Spingbranch Watershed and generally between Fair St. and Hereford Ave. along Pope Ave. this project will address flooding in a residential neighborhood. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City for these easements is estimated at $300,000. Funding for the Leslie to Crane and Hereford Project (No. 132201) is included in the FY 23 adopted budget, page number 176, account number 7013-5406.
