Case 23-100-23, a request by John Carnes to rezone the property located at 420 S. M-291 Highway from C-2 (General Commercial) to I-1 (Industrial), was advertised for a new information only public hearing at the November 20, 2023, City Council meeting.  As this case has been continued by the Planning Commission, the new information only public hearing is now expected to be heard at the December 4, 2023, City Council meeting.
