1.Discussion of a Resolution amending the Council Rules of Procedure to establish a City Council Code of Conduct (Item requested by Councilmember Dan Hobart).
2.Councilmember Stewart requests a Resolution for the November 3rd Regular Meeting directing the City Manager to provide two passes to Independence residents once per year for free admission to the Adventure Oasis Water Park.
