A.Case 23-125-02 – Rezoning/PUD – 2710 S. Westport Road – A request by Robert Hoover to rezone the property from R-6 (Single-Family Residential) to R-6/PUD (Single-Family Residential/Planned Unit Development) and approve a preliminary development plan.
B.Case 23-125-03 – Rezoning/PUD – 10101 E. Kentucky Road – A request by Christopher Carter to rezone this property from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to R-30/PUD (High Density Residential/Planned Unit Development) and approve a preliminary development plan.
