A.Case 23-125-05 – Rezoning/PUD – 15621 E. US 24 Highway – A request by Karla Ramos to rezone this property from C-2 (General Commercial) & R-6 (Single Family Residential) to C-2/PUD (General Commercial/Planned Unit Development) and approve a preliminary development plan.
