B.Case 23-125-06 – Rezoning/PUD – 17610 E. 39th Street S. – A request by RW Bolger Square, LLC to rezone this property from C-2 (General Commercial) to R-30/PUD (High Density Residential/Planned Unit Development) and approving a preliminary development plan.
C.Case 23-100-15 – Rezoning – 140 E. Farmer Street – A request by W. Benjamin Kasey to rezone this property from C-2 (General Commercial) to R-6 (Single-Family Residential).
