A.Continued Case 23-100-19 – Rezoning – 704 N. Pearl Street – A request by Chester Campbell to rezone this property from R-6 (Single-Family Residential) to R-12 (Two-Family Residential).
B.Case 23-175-04 – UDO Amendment #58 – Englewood Arts Overlay District – The City proposes Amendment #57 of the Unified Development Ordinance pertaining to the creation of the Englewood Arts Overlay District.
C.Case 23-100-20 – Rezoning – Englewood Arts Overlay District (EAOD)– The City proposes the creation of an Englewood Overlay District (EAOD) bound by Truman Road, Spring Street, Pacific Avenue, Pleasant Street, 23rd Street, Crescent Avenue, 20th Street, Arlington Avenue, 18th Street and Brookside Avenue.
