A.Case 23-310-02 – Preliminary Plat – Tybrook Estates – A request by Pollard, Orf and Associates for preliminary plat approval at Powell Road north of Truman Road.

A.Case 23-150-22 – Comprehensive Plan Amendment – 1901 Woods Chapel Rd. – A request by NorthPoint Development to amend the Future Land Use Plan map for certain lands north of I-70 and west of Woods Chapel Road.
B.Case 23-125-08 – Rezoning/PUD – 1901 Woods Chapel Rd. – A request by NorthPoint Development to rezone this property from C-2 (General Commercial) to R-30/PUD (High-Density Residential /PUD) and approving a preliminary development plan.

A.Case 23-100-22 – Rezoning – 625 W. 23rd Street S. – A request by Jimy Mejia Chirinos to rezone this property from O-1 (Office-Residential) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial).
B.Case 23-400-11 – Short-Term Rental – 400 W. Southside Boulevard – A request by Kevin Wendt for a Short-Term Rental.
