B.Case 23-125-08 – Rezoning/PUD – 1901 S. Woods Chapel Road – A request by NorthPoint Development to rezone this property from C-2 (General Commercial) to R-30/PUD (High-Density Residential /PUD) and approving a preliminary development plan.
