Reports and Recommendations of the City Manager
1.Council action to issue Change Order #1 to Purchase Order 24000330 to Mississippi Lime Company in the amount of $100,000 for additional expenses for lime for the Rock Creek Treatment Plant, for the Municipal Services Department.  New revised amount of PO will be $150,000.00.

2.Council action is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a certain Declaration of Cross-Access, Utility, and Cross Drainage Easement agreement between the City and NorthPoint Development, LLC.

3.Council action is requested to authorize the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Wiedenmann Construction Inc. for an amount not to exceed $612,900 authorizing future minor change orders and/or time extensions not to exceed $61,290 to complete emergency repairs to failing culverts in the City as part of the Emergency Stormwater Project (No. 131802),  Emergency Transportation Project (No. 112203), and Nickell Ave Culvert Project (No. 132404).
