A.Case 20-125-01 – Rezoning /Preliminary Development Plan – 4580 S. Bass Pro Drive – Case Development seeks to rezone the property from C-2 (General Commercial) to R-30/PUD (High Density Residential/Planned Unit Development) and approve a Preliminary Development Plan.
The above case is to be continued to the November 17, 2020 Planning Commission meeting.

A.Case 20-100-10 – Rezoning – 1026 W. 23rd Street – Manuel Garzona seeks to rezone the property from District C-2 (General Commercial) to District C-3 (Service Commercial).
B.Case 20-100-11 – Rezoning – 1450 W. Lexington Avenue – Tim O’Neil and Amie Jacobsen seek to rezone the property from District I-1 (Industrial) and R-6 (Single-Family Residential) to District C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial).
C.Case 20-175-03 – UDO Amendment #44 – Donation Bins - The City proposes amendment #44 of the Unified Development Ordinance amending regulations pertaining to donation bins.
