Case 21-850-01 – Historic/Landmark Designation – 728 N. Main Street – Greg and Edith Higginbothom seek to rezone the property located at 728 N. Main Street from R-6 (Single-Family Residential) to R-6/HL (Residential Historic Landmark) to establish a locally designated historic property.

 

The applicant requests this case be withdrawn.

Case 21-175-03 – UDO Amendment #47 – Business Park Zoning Districts – The City proposes Amendment #47 of the Unified Development Ordinance amending regulations pertaining to the Business Park (BP) zoning designation.

 

Staff requests this case be continued to the February 23, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting.
