B.Case 21-125-01 – Rezoning – Travis Troner requests to rezone 9401 E. 23rd Street S. from C-2 (General Commercial) to R-30/PUD (High Density Residential/Planned Unit Development) and approve a Preliminary Development Plan; and, to rezone 2301 S. Glenwood from C-2 to R-6 (Single Family Residential).
