V.PUBLIC HEARING
A.Case #21-100-10 – Rezoning – A request by Hank Hopkins to rezone properties located at 16912 E. 23rd Street S., 16914 E. 23rd Street S. and 2221 S. M 291 Highway from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to C-2 (General Commercial).
Staff requests that this case be continued to the September 14, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting.

Case #21-810-03 – Preliminary Development Plan – 515 S. Liberty Street – A request for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan for Eastern Jackson County Service Expansion located at 515 S. Liberty Street.

This case was withdrawn by the applicant before the meeting.
